Testicles. Æta deka ugas thiyanawa (ඇට දෙක උගස් තියනවා), which literally means 'Pawning the testicles' is used among males in extreme financially tight situations where having no means of getting any money. (e.g. Æta deka ugas thiyalada yako umba okata gewanne? (ඇට දෙක උගස් තියලද යකෝ උඹ ඕකට ගෙවන්නෙ?) translates to 'How do you suppose I pay for it? By pawning the testicles?')
